>The nominations for the 2011 Orange British Academy Film Awards were announced by pretty young thesps Dominic Cooper and Talulah Riley at the Royal Opera House in London today.
The usual suspects all get a nod (as they have done in the Golden Globe, PGA, WGA and SAG nominations), but there are a couple of surprises (Hailee Steinfeld for LEAD actress – alright!). Also, as you would expect, there is a greater weighting towards British films and actors than is to be expected at the Oscars, not to mention a tribute nomination to the late Pete Postlethwaite.
